Froghall Luxury Suites are extremely close to York city centre and are within easy walking distance of both universities. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with shower. The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and storage furniture.
There is a private allocated parking space with the flat and CCTV on the outside of the building so it is completely secure. As you drive into the carpark the top right corner has 3 parking spots (one spot each for Flats A, B and C) with a sign identifying it as parking for Froghall, there is also an electric charge point.
Electric and water rates are included with the rent, broadband is not included but an allowance of up to £500 will be given to the group to use towards the broadband for the duration of the tenancy – this is usually one year. Please note there are no gas appliances in the flat.
