During registration, you’ll be asked to provide information required for a RTR check.
You DO NOT need to have completed a RTR check to begin the process of securing a property.

Please note: if you are using a passport to complete a RTR check, you MUST have the passport physically present with you while completing the check. If the passport is not physically present, the check will fail.

Arts & crafts house designed by Fred Rowntree. Sharing with 8 other students and professionals. Joseph Rowntree built Rawcliffe Holt in 1907 for his daughter Winifred. Fred Rowntree was the Architect who's work includes West China University at Chengtu. This historic property retains many charming features and is bright and spacious in its design.
Each bedroom has a comfortable bed, plenty of storage and fitted blinds. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, three spacious bedrooms, a shower, WC with hand basin and the kitchen dining area. The kitchen has a luxurious feel with granite worktops and patio doors which lead to a large patio/garden giving the room a bright, airy feel.
