The four bedrooms all have comfy beds, one bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. The main house bathroom has a stunning sunken Jacuzzi bath.
The rest of the accommodation comprises a lounge, separate study and conservatory. The lounge with patio doors looks out over secluded paddock and gardens stocked with fruit trees. For entertainment there is a barbecue and sky television. Outside there is a patio and facilities for secure storage of bikes. The property is very close to bus routes to York A-19, Clifton Moor, Tesco's at Clifton Moor and is well served by the “park and ride” services and local amenities include a late hours supermarket, a newsagent, pub, fish & chip shop, hairdresser and local library.
